Crafted by the historic Arizu family, who have been winemaking pioneers in Mendoza for over a century, this bottling represents an authentic benchmark for Argentine Malbec. Sourced from mature high-altitude vineyards, it delivers a harmonious balance of rich dark fruit, fine spice, and noble structure.. Why You'll Love It. Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit is destemmed and undergoes a cold soak prior to temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. Daily punch-downs and pump-overs ensure gentle extraction of colour and fine tannins. The wine then ages for around twelve months in French oak barrels to refine its structure and impart complex secondary nuances before bottling.. Tasting Notes. In the glass, it presents a deep violet-red hue with bright purple reflections.
