Cut It, Grind It, Then Spray It — HYCHIKA 5-Piece 4.5" Diamond Disc Set Every respray starts with metal work. Rust cut out, a patch panel trimmed to fit, a weld seam ground flat, an exhaust hanger removed. Do that part badly and no amount of paint hides it. This set gives you 2 diamond cutting discs and 3 diamond grinding discs in one 4.5" kit, so you can go from rough cut to a paint-ready surface without leaving the car. Vacuum brazed diamond, not bonded abrasive. The particles are locked to the steel core, so the disc cuts at the same speed on its last job as its first instead of shrinking and glazing over the way standard wheels do. Low vibration means better control and a smoother surface going into primer. Clear fuel lines, tanks, upholstery, and anything flammable from the work area before cutting on a vehicle. Let the disc reach full speed before contact, and never force it. Let the diamond do the cutting. FAQ Q: Will these cut exhaust pipe and muffler steel?A: Yes. The red cutting discs are made for steel, cast iron, and hard alloys, including exhaust components. Q: Will they fit my angle grinder?A: The 4.5" (115mm) disc with a 22.23mm centre hole fits virtually all standard angle grinders. Check your grinder's RPM rating before use. Q: How long do they last compared to normal cutting wheels?A: Vacuum brazed diamond holds its edge and diameter far longer than bonded abrasive wheels, which wear down and glaze over as you work. Finish the job properly.
