Der Meo Camuzet Cros Parantoux 2008 ist eine außergewöhnliche Rarität aus dem Burgund, vinifiziert vom renommierten Weingut Meo Camuzet in der legendären Monopollage Cros Parantoux bei Nuits Saint Georges. Diese winzige Parzelle, einst von Henri Jayer kultiviert, gilt als eine der wertvollsten Weinberge der Côte de Nuits. Das Terroir aus kalkhaltigen Böden und optimaler Ausrichtung schenkt dem Pinot Noir eine unvergleichliche Finesse. Die klassische Burgunderfertigung bewahrt die kristalline Reinheit der Frucht und verleiht dem Wein seine charakteristische Länge.In der Nase entfalten sich Aromen von dunklen Kirschen, Waldboden und feinen Gewürznoten. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Cros Parantoux 2008 seidig und zugleich strukturiert, mit samtigen Tanninen und einem Hauch von Unterholz. Der Abgang ist bemerkenswert lang und mineralisch – ein Wein, der nachdenklich macht und zur Kontemplation einlädt.
