Der Meo Camuzet Cros Parantoux 2009 stammt aus einer der begehrtestenLagen Burgunds – einem nur 1,01 Hektar großen Weinberg in Vosne-Romanée, der erst 1985 bepflanzt wurde und seither Weingeschichte schreibt. Domaine Méo-Camuzet zählt zu den absoluten Top-Adressen in Burgund und hat mit diesem Pinot Noir eine Ikone geschaffen, die Sammler weltweit fasziniert.Die Trauben für den Meo Camuzet Cros Parantoux 2009 werden von Hand gelesen und extrem sorgfältig selektiert. Nach einer kühlen Mazeration erfolgt die Gärung mit wilden Hefen in offenen Holzbottichen, gefolgt von einem 18-monatigen Ausbau in französischen Barriques mit hohem Neuholzanteil. Das Ergebnis ist ein Wein von außergewöhnlicher Konzentration und zugleich burgundischer Finesse.In der Nase entfaltet sich ein komplexes Bouquet aus dunklen Kirschen, Himbeeren, Veilchen und Gewürzen – unterlegt von feinen Röstnoten und einem Hauch Trüffel. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein dicht, samtig und von beeindruckender Struktur. Die Tannine sind reif und perfekt eingebunden, die Säure verleiht Frische und Spannung.
