One of the two very small batches by Raifuku, made in the Kijoshu way, substituting part of the water in the fermentation process with already made sake, giving an extra layer of sweetness and a creamier structure. Additionally this beautiful sweet sake is made by using yeast extracted from Azalea flowers giving it an elegant and floral character. OUR TASTING NOTES: Sweet aromas of caramel, white flowers and a buttery and umami underlying character. On the palate, rich and smooth texture with honey and biscuity notes meeting a floral and FOOD PAIRING: Panna Cotta, salted caramel cheesecake, Banoffee Pie SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8 - 12º C) STORAGE: Store in a dry and cool place.
