Designed for both interior and exterior use, it delivers a fast setting time of 30 minutes and achieves a waterproof (D4) bond ideal for joinery, furniture, structural timber assemblies, and construction elements exposed to occasional or frequent moisture. Key Features & Benefits 30-Minute Cure: Rapid bond development reduces clamping time and boosts productivity. D4 Water Resistance: Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, even in humid or damp environments. Penetrative Liquid Formula: Thin consistency ensures deep absorption into wood grains and porous surfaces. Slight Expansion on Curing: Fills minor surface imperfections, enhancing bond contact and mechanical hold. Wide Material Compatibility: Bonds softwoods, hardwoods, plywood, MDF, chipboard, brick, and concrete. Product Details Type: One-part polyurethane (liquid) Colour: Light brown Packaging: 750g bottle Application: Brush, roller, or direct pour Open Time: 5–10 minutes Clamp Time: 30 minutes minimum at 20°C Full Cure: 24 hours Application Instructions Surface Prep: Ensure surfaces are clean, sound, and at least one side is porous. Light surface dampness is beneficial. Apply Adhesive: Spread a thin, even layer on one surface using a brush or directly from the bottle. Assemble & Clamp: Position materials within 10 minutes and apply even clamping pressure. Excess squeeze-out may foam slightly. Final Cure: Maintain clamps for a minimum of 30 minutes. Avoid stressing the joint for 24 hours. Limitations Foaming may occur during cure — clean excess adhesive before it sets to avoid surface staining. Not suitable for use on polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or PTFE. Health & Safety Contains isocyanates. Use in well-ventilated areas. Wear gloves, safety glasses, and respiratory protection as needed. Consult the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for further information.
