It provides long-lasting flexibility and superior adhesion to a wide variety of construction substrates, including uPVC, aluminium, wood, brick, and masonry. This sealant is highly resistant to UV, rain, and temperature fluctuations, making it ideal for perimeter joints exposed to the elements. Key Features & Benefits Neutral Cure: Non-corrosive and compatible with most construction materials including sensitive metals and plastics. Weather Resistant: Provides excellent performance in all seasons — resists UV, rain, and temperature extremes. Excellent Flexibility: Accommodates joint movement up to ±25%, ideal for perimeter and expansion joints. Superior Adhesion: Bonds strongly to uPVC, wood, aluminium, masonry, and painted surfaces without primer in most cases. Smooth Finish: Easy to apply and tool, offering a clean, professional look. Product Details Type: Neutral cure silicone sealant Colour: White or Clear (other colours may be available) Packaging: 300ml cartridge Skin Time: Approx. 10–20 minutes Full Cure: 24–48 hours depending on joint depth and conditions Movement Capability: ±25% Application Instructions Surface Prep: Surfaces must be dry, clean, and free from oil, dust, or old sealant residues. Apply Sealant: Cut nozzle to joint width, insert into gun, and apply a smooth, even bead. Tooling: Tool sealant within skinning time for optimal finish and adhesion. Limitations Not paintable — use in areas where appearance is final. Not suitable for structural glazing or aquariums. Health & Safety Solvent-free and low hazard. Use PPE during application.
