Ideal for general filling, sealing, insulating, and mounting applications, this self-contained solution eliminates the need for a separate applicator gun, delivering precise control and minimal waste. Perfect for DIY and trade use alike. Key Features & Benefits Genius Gun® Technology: Built-in applicator provides reusable, controlled foam dispensing without extra tools. High Expansion & Yield: Fills large gaps and cavities with excellent volume efficiency. Adheres to Most Materials: Excellent bonding to concrete, masonry, timber, metal, and plastics (excluding PE, PP, PTFE). Thermal & Acoustic Insulation: Reduces drafts, sound transfer, and energy loss effectively. Fast Curing: Surface dry in 8–10 minutes, ready for trimming and finishing within 30–45 minutes. Product Details Type: One-component polyurethane foam Application Method: Patented Genius Gun® trigger system Colour: Light yellow Packaging: 500ml aerosol can Skin Time: Approx. 8–10 minutes Cutting Time: 30–45 minutes Full Cure: 12–24 hours depending on conditions SKU: SOUSFOAMGEN500 Application Instructions Preparation: Shake can vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Ensure surfaces are clean and moisten with water. Apply Foam: Use the Genius Gun trigger to dispense foam directly into the gap. Fill to 50% to allow for expansion. Finish: Allow foam to cure. Trim excess with a knife once hardened and finish as required. Limitations Not UV stable — protect from direct sunlight after application. Not suitable for continuous water immersion or sealing active leaks. Health & Safety Pressurised container. Use in well-ventilated spaces. Avoid skin and eye contact. Wear gloves and protective gear.
