High-Yield, Gun-Grade PU Foam for Insulating, Filling & Sealing Soudal Trade B3 Expanding Foam (Gun Grade) is a professional one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane foam designed for precision application using a foam gun. It offers excellent expansion, adhesion, and insulation properties, making it ideal for filling gaps, cavities, and joints in construction, window installation, roofing, and plumbing applications. B3 rating ensures suitability for general building uses where fire resistance is not required. Gun Grade: Controlled application for precise dosing, reduced waste, and cleaner finishes. Strong Bonding: Adheres to most construction materials including concrete, masonry, wood, and metal. Thermal & Acoustic Insulation: Provides effective sealing against heat loss, drafts, and noise. B3 Fire Rating: Suitable for non-fire-rated general construction joints and insulation work. Product Details Type: One-component PU foam (gun grade) Fire Rating: B3 (DIN 4102-1) Colour: Light yellow Packaging: 750ml pressurised aerosol can Skin Time: 8–10 minutes Cutting Time: 30–45 minutes Full Cure: 12–24 hours depending on conditions Application Instructions Preparation: Shake can vigorously. Moisten surfaces to improve adhesion and curing. Application: Attach can to foam gun, dispense foam with controlled trigger pressure. Finishing: Allow foam to expand and cure. Trim excess once cured and protect from UV exposure. Limitations Not UV stable — cover or finish with a protective material if exposed to sunlight. Not suitable for applications requiring fire-rated foam (use B1-rated alternatives). Health & Safety Pressurised container. Use in well-ventilated areas. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear gloves, eye protection, and refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
