Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company Bla Organic 75cl
Sparkling Tea is an innovative beverage category developed by Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. Crafted to provide a unique and complex tasting experience, BLÅ combines a careful selection of 13 organic teas with natural ingredients and a subtle base of grape must and lemon juice.. Ingredients & Sourcing. Tea leaves are sourced from small, carefully selected organic tea manufacturers. Only natural and organic ingredients are used to ensure purity and authenticity.. Production. To extract optimal flavour, the tea leaves are steeped in both hot and cold water for an extended period. Each tea is brewed separately at precise temperatures and time intervals before being blended together with grape must and a dash of lemon juice to create the final product.. Tasting Note. BLÅ opens with a fresh, lively impression and delicate floral notes. The mid-palate reveals a defining softness contributed by the white teas, leading to a long, round, and elegant finish.. Serving Recommendations. Serve chilled for a refreshing and sophisticated beverage experience, ideal as an aperitif or a non-alcoholic alternative for special occasions.
