This is classic Picpoul de Pinet AOP from Cave de l'Ormarine, an award-winning co-operative in the Languedoc. Picpoul de Pinet is one of southern France's most distinctive white wines, grown near the Mediterranean lagoon of Étang de Thau, where the coastal influence imparts a characteristic saline minerality.
