Vineyard & Production. The grapes are harvested from selected dry-farmed vineyard parcels planted on weathered granite and shale soils across the Western Cape. At the winery, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed before undergoing cool, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. The wine is kept on its fine lees for several months with periodic stirring to enhance mid-palate texture and complexity before blending and bottling.. Tasting Notes. In the glass, it displays a bright, pale straw-yellow colour with subtle greenish reflections. The nose is expressive, lifted, and inviting, bursting with scents of white peach, ripe apricot, and crunchy green apple, seamlessly interwoven with notes of orange blossom, honeysuckle, and a touch of tropical guava. On the palate, it is light to medium-bodied, smooth, and refreshing, offering succulent stone fruit and citrus flavours supported by a zesty beam of acidity that leads to a clean, harmonious, and mouth-watering finish..
