Upon arrival at the state-of-the-art winery, the grapes undergo strict selection and temperature-controlled fermentation with native and selected yeasts. The wine undergoes gentle cap management to extract fine, firm tannins before ageing in French and American oak barrels to build structural complexity and creamy textural depth.. Tasting Notes. In the glass, it presents a dark ruby-red colour with deep violet highlights. The nose is intense and expressive, unfolding aromas of ripe blackberries, cassis, and blueberries, layered with dark chocolate, mocha, dried herbs, and sweet oak spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, plush, and well-structured, delivering concentrated flavours of dark fruits, black peppercorn, and subtle tobacco.
