Founded in 2010, Diez Siglos is a collective of 60 small to medium growers dedicated to preserving traditional winemaking practices while advancing organic cultivation. Sourced from pristine vineyards surrounding the winery, this expressive wine delivers exceptional purity, vibrant freshness, and authentic varietal character.. Why You'll Love It. While offering all the crisp, mouth-watering freshness expected of a top Rueda white, three months of aging on fine lees adds a smooth, rounded mouthfeel to complement its bright citrus drive. Organically farmed and crafted with minimal intervention, it offers a clean, sustainable, and highly refreshing drinking experience.. Vineyard & Production. The grapes are hand-selected from small, organically farmed vineyard parcels situated near the winery in northern Rueda. Following harvest, the juice undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural fruit intensity and crisp acidity. The wine is then kept on its fine lees for three months with gentle stirring to build texture and complexity before being stabilized, rested, and bottled.. Tasting Notes.
