Grapes are harvested in the Itata Valley and vinified using a combination of 50% destemmed grapes and 50% whole clusters, with alcoholic fermentation lasting 16 days at controlled temperatures between 14 and 18 degrees to preserve aromatic freshness. The wine is aged without oak to maintain purity and fruit expression, before undergoing a careful dealcoholisation process. The finished wine contains 0.0% ABV.. Tasting Notes. Pale rosé in the glass, with delicate and fresh aromas of strawberries and subtle pomegranate nuances.
