Chateau Olivier es un tinto procedente de la denominación de los grandes Crus Classés de Graves, limítrofe con Burdeos ciudad, donde gravas günzianas mezcladas con arena sobre capas de arcilla producen vinos de complejidad ahumada y mineral únicos de Graves. Este château ha construido una reputación sólida sobre la autenticidad de su terruño y el rigor de su elaboración, produciendo cada año vinos que reflejan con fidelidad el carácter de Pessac Leognan Rouge. Pessac Leognan Rouge forma parte del gran mosaico de appellations que hacen de Burdeos la región vitivinícola más célebre del mundo. Sus gravas günzianas mezcladas con arena sobre capas de arcilla dan lugar a vinos de complejidad ahumada y mineral únicos de Graves, con una capacidad de evolución en botella que los convierte en inversiones enológicas de primer orden. La denominación atesora siglos de historia vitícola que se perciben en cada copa. La añada en Burdeos permitió una madurez fenólica óptima gracias a un ciclo vegetativo equilibrado. La selección rigurosa de parcelas y la vinificación cuidadosa en barrica de roble francés producen un vino de gran carácter y personalidad, con un potencial de guarda que recompensará la paciencia del coleccionista. Las puntuaciones de los críticos más influyentes avalan la calidad de este vino: James Suckling 92 pts.
