Gran Maestro Rosso Puglia
Gran Maestro Appassimento Rosso Puglia Producer Gran Maestro is produced by Maestro Italiano, a brand of Cielo e Terra. The wine is crafted through the collaboration of winemakers Beppe and Marco, who select the finest grapes from Puglia and enhance them through oak refinement, blending and the traditional appassimento method. Location Produced in Puglia IGT, Southern Italy, a region renowned for rich, sun-ripened red wines. The warm Mediterranean climate allows grapes to achieve exceptional concentration and ripeness. Grape Varieties Sangiovese Primitivo Negroamaro Wine making Made using the traditional appassimento technique, where selected grapes are partially dried before fermentation to concentrate flavour, colour and texture. The wine is then matured on its fine lees for several months to add richness and complexity. Detailed Tasting Notes Appearance Deep garnet-red colour with subtle amber-brown nuances.
