The oak adds complexity with balsamic, spicy (black pepper and clove), and aromatic herb notes. It has refreshing acidity and a full body. The tannins are fine and elegant, giving the wine a long, persistent finish. It`s harmonious and balanced, promising great aging potential. Made in a unique location over 700 meters above sea level, where the extreme conditions give the grapes special qualities you won`t find anywhere else.
