It works instead by loading the skin with water and with the substances that hold water there: hydrolysed hyaluronic acid and sodium hyaluronate, a set of natural moisturising factors including sodium PCA, sodium lactate, urea and trehalose, and Imperata cylindrica root extract, which AlumierMD select for long-lasting moisturisation.
