Domaine Figuière has been family-owned for three generations in the hills above Saint-Tropez, farming organic vineyards in one of Provence`s prime terroirs. Magali Signature is their flagship rose, named after the current generation leading the estate. The blend typically includes Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, pressed gently to achieve pale colour and delicate fruit. The 2022 vintage has had time to settle and integrate. Wild strawberry, white peach and citrus peel with herbal notes and mineral edge. Light bodied with refreshing acidity and a clean, precise finish. Delicate and restrained with that classic Provençal elegance. Bone-dry with subtle fruit expression rather than intensity. There`s minerality from the hillside terroir keeping it lifted. The fruit has softened slightly with age into a rounder profile. Serve very cold (6-8°C). Pairs with grilled fish, bouillabaisse, ratatouille, or works as a refined aperitif. Drinking now, best enjoyed within the year to capture what remains of the freshness.
