Los Haroldos – Chacabuco Rosado (Malbec Rosado) is a bright, fruit‑forward, refreshing Argentine rosé from high‑altitude vineyards in Tupungato, Uco Valley. Concise takeaway A vibrant, strawberry‑and‑cherry rosado with a creamy yet refreshing palate, plenty of red fruit, and a delicate touch of sweetness. Unoaked, crisp, and easy‑drinking. Tasting Notes Strawberries & cherries — bright, lifted red‑berry aromatics. Creamy texture — soft, rounded mid‑palate despite being unoaked. Light & refreshing — crisp acidity and clean finish. Delicate sweetness — approx. 11.5 g/L residual sugar, giving gentle fruit sweetness without being sugary. Red fruit purity — unoaked stainless‑steel fermentation preserves primary fruit. Origin & Winemaking 100% Malbec from Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza — high altitude (~1,100 m.a.s.l.) gives freshness and bright acidity. 2–6 hours skin contact, then fermented like a white wine to achieve pale colour and soft fruit profile. Unoaked, fermented in stainless steel. Vegan & vegetarian (depending on vintage; some sheets list vegan, others vegetarian). ABV: 12.5–13% depending on vintage.
