Delicious either neat or sipped over ice, or why not try a classic apple brandy sour: 2 shots of Æppel Drenc English Apple Brandy 30ml fresh lemon juice 25ml simple sugar syrup (50/50 sugar and water) 1 egg white (or 15ml Aquafaba for a vegan option) 3 dashes of Angostura bitters Shake with ice and serve with... a slice of apple, of course! Suitable for Vegans and Coeliacs. An excellent English alternative to French Calvados.
