Die Elephant-Print-Overlays, die auf Michaels persönlichen Wunsch integriert wurden, sind bei jeder Retro-Veröffentlichung ein prägendes Designdetail geblieben, so auch bei den Releases in den Jahren 2001, 2011 und 2016. Wie das Original von 1988 und das 2016er OG-Retro, bringt diese 2026er-Version das Nike Air-Branding anstelle des Jumpman auf der Zunge und an der Ferse zurück. Das Low-Top-Modell besticht durch ein Obermaterial aus weißem getrommeltem Leder mit Perforationen an der Zehenbox, Elephant-Print-Overlays in Cement Grey an der Zehenkappe und der Fersenkappe sowie Akzente in True Blue an der Mittelsohle, den Schnürsenkelösen und der Fersenlasche. Ein sichtbares Air-Element befindet sich in der Ferse innerhalb einer weiß gesprenkelten Mittelsohle, die auf einer schwarzen Gummiaußensohle sitzt.
