Der Palmer Palmer 1996 von Château Palmer ist ein Meisterwerk aus Margaux, einer der prestigeträchtigsten Appellationen im Bordeaux. Das Weingut, seit Generationen für außergewöhnliche Qualität bekannt, vinifiziert diese Cuvée aus Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon und Petit Verdot mit höchster Präzision. Der Jahrgang 1996 gilt als einer der großen klassischen Bordeaux-Jahrgänge – strukturiert, konzentriert und mit beeindruckendem Reifepotenzial.Die Vinifikation erfolgt traditionell in temperaturkontrollierten Edelstahltanks, gefolgt von einem langen Ausbau in französischen Barriques. Der Palmer 1996 überzeugt durch seine Balance zwischen Kraft und Finesse. In der Nase entfalten sich intensive Aromen von dunklen Beeren, Cassis, Zedernholz und einer Spur von Tabak. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein dicht und elegant, mit seidigen Tanninen, die perfekt eingebunden sind.
