Der Armand Rousseau Clos de Bèze 2008 ist eine Rarität aus dem Herzstück des burgundischen Weinbaus. Das Weingut Armand Rousseau zählt zu den absoluten Ausnahmebetrieben in Gevrey-Chambertin und kultiviert seit Generationen einige der begehrtesten Lagen in Burgund. Der Clos de Bèze liegt direkt neben dem legendären Chambertin und liefert Weine von ähnlicher Komplexität und Langlebigkeit.Der Jahrgang 2008 gilt als klassisch und kühl, was dem Pinot Noir zugute kommt: straffe Struktur, lebendige Säure und eine bemerkenswerte Alterungsfähigkeit. Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen, traditionell vinifiziert und in französischen Eichenfässern ausgebaut. Dabei setzt Rousseau auf subtile Extraktion und respektiert die natürliche Balance der Frucht.In der Nase zeigt sich der Armand Rousseau Clos de Bèze 2008 mit Aromen von reifen Kirschen, Waldbeeren, Unterholz und feinen Gewürznoten. Am Gaumen entfaltet er dichte Frucht, seidige Tannine und eine mineralische Tiefe, die an Stein und feuchte Erde erinnert.
