Der Louis Roederer Cristal Brut 2014 gilt als eine der ikonischsten Champagner-Cuvées weltweit und stammt aus dem traditionsreichen Haus Louis Roederer in der Champagne. Seit 1876 steht Cristal für höchste Ansprüche an Qualität und Eleganz. Die Trauben für diesen Jahrgangschampagner stammen ausschließlich aus biodynamisch bewirtschafteten Grand-Cru-Lagen, wobei Chardonnay und Pinot Noir in nahezu gleichem Verhältnis die Basis bilden.Die Vinifikation erfolgt zu großen Teilen in neutral gehaltenen Eichenfässern, die dem Wein zusätzliche Komplexität und Tiefe verleihen, ohne seine kristallklare Frische zu überdecken. Nach der Assemblage reift der Cristal Brut 2014 mindestens sechs Jahre auf der Hefe, was ihm seine cremige Textur und feinperlige Mousse verleiht. Die Dosage bleibt bewusst niedrig, um die Reinheit des Terroirs zu bewahren.In der Nase offenbart der Louis Roederer Cristal Brut 2014 feine Aromen von weißem Pfirsich, Brioche und Haselnuss, begleitet von zarten Anklängen von Limettenzeste und Jasmin.
