Die Domaine Duroche liegt im Herzen von Gevrey-Chambertin und zählt zu den stillen Größen des Burgund. Im Keller setzt Duroche auf traditionelle Vinifikation mit sanfter Extraktion, spontaner Gärung und Ausbau in französischer Eiche – ein Prozess, der Frucht und Struktur behutsam miteinander verwebt, ohne den Charakter des Terroirs zu überdecken.In der Nase entfaltet sich ein Bouquet aus roten Kirschen, Waldbeeren und zarten Gewürznoten, unterlegt von einem Hauch Unterholz und feinem Rauch. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein seidig und dicht zugleich, mit reifer Frucht, präsenter aber polierter Säure und einer feinkörnigen Tanninstruktur.
