Traditionally fermented over several weeks using carefully selected Japanese sencha green tea and Chinese black tea, Twisted Kombucha is brewed in small batches in London using authentic fermentation methods. Raw, unpasteurised and unfiltered, it contains live cultures, naturally occurring organic acids and naturally produced vitamin B12 from the fermentation process. Unlike many commercial kombuchas made from concentrates or probiotic additives, Twisted is genuinely fermented from tea using time-honoured brewing techniques to create depth of flavour and complexity, while remaining naturally low in sugar.
