It has creamy aromas of ripe fruits like apple, pear, peach and melon with fine hints of lemon. It is soft yet has a lively acidity. Vinification: Hand picking. A . The red grapes are gently pressed to avoid coloring of the white juice through mechanical treatment of the skins where the color is situated. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
