The 7pm bottle from the Hinemos brand. A refreshing sparkling sake that tastes like sweet-and-sour fruits. The flavour combines sweetness and umami, while the finish is light and dry. A great way to kick off a party! This sake undergoes a secondary bottle fermentation, just like champagne.
