At first it is a bit closed, it starts to open half an hour after opening the bottle. It reminds us of ripe pears, herbs, chamomile, and the inevitable animal skin characteristic of juhfark. It has a character reminiscent of a bit of crushed stone, which gives the wine a distinctly fresh effect. It also has a pear flavor with an almost jam-like ripeness.
