The beautiful, shining golden colour of this sake is a result of its long ageing process. Its soothing, nutty aroma matches the flavour, whichspreads on the palate to create a sense of tasting the gentle flow of time. This sake combines the sophisticated qualities of a ginjo with the intensity and depth of an aged sake. TYPE:Aged ginjo sake(koshu) COLOUR: Clear pale gold OUR TASTING NOTES: Elegantly matured sake, similar to a dry Amontillado sherry. Gentle nose of fresh mushroom, leather, freshly grinded coffee, apple puree. It has clean acidity and lingering nutty and astringent finish. FOOD PAIRING: Salt-seasoned yakitori (chicken skewers); grilled padron peppers; onion soup. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve chilled (8-12 ºC) or at room temperature STORAGE:Store in a dry and cool place.
