The Conde Valdemar Reserva Rioja DOC 2015 is a classic, superbly matured Spanish red wine from the renowned Rioja region that embodies the perfect balance between tradition, elegance and maturity. Produced by the Bodegas Valdemar winery, a family business with over 130 years of experience, this Reserva represents the highest level of craftsmanship and the authentic style of Rioja wines. The cuvee consists mainly of Tempranillo, supplemented by small amounts of Graciano and Mazuelo, which give the wine additional depth, color and spice. The grapes come from selected vineyards in Rioja Alavesa and Rioja Alta, where the chalky soils and continental climate provide ideal conditions for the grape varieties. After fermentation, the wine matures for at least 24 months in American and French oak barrels and then a further 24 months in the bottle before being released for sale. This long ageing period ensures its harmonious structure, fine spiciness and elegant complexity. With 14% alcohol by volume, the Conde Valdemar Reserva 2015 is an intense, mature and perfectly balanced Rioja with great development potential.
