With the coastline bordering the region to the south, this location ensures hot and dry summers that are good for ripening. On the other hand, the Black Mountain provides sufficient moisture and cool temperatures for the vineyards to produce grapes packed with fruity aromas. The effect of the terroir itself is also very noticeable in this region due to the great diversity within the wine-growing areas. These each create an expression of a grape variety/variety that is unique.To produce this Cuvée, they have selected the best plots of each variety to achieve the quality level and mature taste. This classic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre comes from rocky terroirs close to the Mediterranean Sea. This transferring benefits the extraction of tannins, color and fruity aromas. The wine is placed on the fine lees before being carefully filtered and bottled. This is a lively and smooth red wine with intense and complex aromas of black cherry, cedar and plum. You will also taste rosemary and black olives.
