If you love fine white Burgundy, this is worth a shot. Timorasso was on the brink of extinction in the 1980's, but is making a resurgence in it's native homeland of Piedmont. Vietti are considered one of the finest Barolo producers, but are also renowned for their mineral, aromatic whites. Smooth, creamy and fine, you'll find layers of peach, pear and a touch of honey. Deep minerality here gives the wine it's elegant charm with notes of crushed oyster shell and hay. Very long, extremely fine and balanced. "A beautiful Timorasso with aromas and flavours of salted caramel, sliced mango, pear and apple. Medium to full body. Bright and lively acidity on the finish.
