With three years aged on its lees in bottle, this takes on a richness and complexity with lingering notes of freshly baked pastry and a creamy, but fresh, finish. One to wow your guests with. Serving SuggestionsServe chilled in a wide-rimmed Champagne flute to let the complex flavours emerge from the glass. This is a classic, richer style of English sparkling wine which will impress guests served with smoked salmon canapés or on its own for a celebration, but can also stand up nicely to creamy lobster or fish dishes at a main meal.
