They meticulously tend each vine, expressing all the nuances of their generous and complex soil. Massimo see progress as a tool to preserve and enhance nature, maintaining both environmental and human richness. They highlight a millennia-old winemaking tradition that thrives in volcanic lands. The vineyards are true works of art, in harmony with nature. Every vine receives meticulous care, without herbicides or chemicals. In the cellar, they use only indigenous yeasts, and they do not clarify the wine, preserving the fruits original qualities. All Massimo Lentsch wines follow organic and vegan protocols. However, beyond certifications, their true commitment is to protect the environment and the people within it. This is their genuine way to respect the land that hosts them.
