PATRÓN Reposado is an ultra-smooth, premium quality tequila thats handcrafted every step of the way. Passionately masterful, its made in Mexico from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave, manufactured in small batches, aged for over two months in oak barrels and presented in hand-numbered bottles. With a light amber tint and aromas of oak wood and fresh agave, PATRÓN Reposado delivers a smooth and fruity taste experience. Additional notes of citrus and honey add depth to its flavour, while the finish is lightly floral and vanilla. Its an ideal tequila to serve and savour, and it also makes an excellent gift. What makes PATRÓN Reposado so special is the perfect combination of the sweetness of baked agave and the fresh citrus notes that appear once it's crushed and aged in oak. It's a pairing that brings both structure and flavour for a smooth, balanced, versatile, and delicious experience. Crafting PATRÓN Reposado involves a combination of passion, tradition and expertise. It all starts with the finest Weber Blue Agave plants. They grow slowly and take years to mature. After being carefully harvested, a sharp tool called a Coa is used to strip away the leaves and reveal the heart of the plant the piña. The piñas are carefully hand chopped and slow baked in small, traditional brick ovens. After that theyre crushed by a two-ton volcanic stone Tahona wheel and a roller mill. Fermentation takes place in pine wood tanks, where the proprietary PATRÓN yeast gets to work. Distillation takes place in custom-made copper pot stills designed by our Master Distiller. Finally, Reposado is aged in oak barrels for over two months. This last step adds additional depth to its flavour.
