Then meet our Lebanese beauty: Chateau Kefraya Blanc de Blancs, made from Chardonnay, Clairette, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo and Viognier. This unusual combination of grape varieties makes this blend very special. After destemming, the grapes undergo maceration on the skins, after which the juice is pressed and then prepared for static debourbage at a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius. After fermentation and fermentation, a stabilized dry white wine remains.Tasting notes:This Blanc de Blancs has a beautiful bright lemon yellow color, impressive intense and complex aromas with the glass showing the wine bright yellow, with floral notes of lime tree, verbena, acacia and lily combined with fruitiness of apricot, peach, mango and honey.
