This JP Fluid Control modulating electrical actuator is offered in combination with a TamesonPRO 3-piece 2-way flanged ball valve. It can turn the valve from 0-90 degrees with an operating torque of 40 Nm (higher break torque so please see the manual) in a time of 13 seconds. It requires a supply voltage of 24 V AC/DC, has a duty cycle of S2, and comes with a visual positioning indicator on top of the unit to clearly see valve position. As a modulating actuator, it is equipped with a digital positioning system (DPS) meaning it can position the valve anywhere between 0-90 degrees. It requires a control signal of 4-20 mA (and 0-10V, 2-10V) for positioning. The valve features a 15 mm bore size and DN15 flange connections. It is suitable for medium temperatures from -29°C to 160°C (-20°F up to 320°F). The valve can handle pressures of up to 40 bar at 20°C (579 psi at 68°F).
