The palate is fresh and vibrant, with a touch of herbal complexity and a gentle, food-friendly bitterness on the finish. This wine is perfect for pairing with king prawns in garlic butter. Crafted by winemaker Rosalía Molina, it reflects the unique terroir of Spain's Manchuela region, where the winery is perched at 1,100 metres. The estate employs natural fermentation with native yeasts and ages the wine in clay amphorae and French oak, resulting in vibrant acidity and a distinct sense of place.
