At the Wirsching wine estate, the Silvaner is the most important grape variety, accounting for 40% of their wines. The perfect companion to grilled fish and vegetables, mild Asian dishes, and light summer cuisine. A crisp and refreshing wine, best served at 10°C. Enjoy it until 2027.
