This is an organic Cava blended with Trepat, Garnacha and Monastrell, made in the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottles and 14 months of age on its fine lees. Lovely balance of varietal aromas such as raspberry, figs and delicate floral notes with fresh bread from the lees. Very fresh and light on the palate. Good balance between the acidity and the fruit concentration. With a smooth creamy mousse on the finish. Made in Spain, this wine is suitable for vegans and is organic.
