Bloody hell, mate! The Damned have returned with their debut album "Damned Damned Damned" and it's a right cheeky masterpiece. From the first track to the last, this record is a chaotic whirlwind of punk energy that will have you pogoing around your living room like a nutter. Lead singer Dave Vanian's haunting vocals are the perfect contrast to the blistering guitar riffs of Brian James. Tracks like "Neat Neat Neat" and "New Rose" are instant classics that will have you shouting along at the top of your lungs. The production on this album is raw and gritty, giving it that authentic punk edge that so many bands nowadays try to replicate but just can't quite get right.
