Pour concrete and insert the shoe stem to the specified depth; align the cup to line and level. Allow the concrete to set sufficiently. Insert the post, plumb and square it, then tighten the clamping bolts evenly. Re-check alignment after initial settling; re-tighten fasteners during routine maintenance.
