This means they are slowly absorbed into the blood stream, providing a longer, more gradual release of energy, helping to keep your blood sugar levels stable, but also keeping you fuller for much longer than other breakfasts! Because of these properties, oats are great for controlling your weight, or more specifically your appetite. Instructions For Use: Cook with double the quantity of liquid to oats and a pinch of salt. Cooking time: 8 min. Oats can be enjoyed with either water or, for an extra creamy flavour use, milk. Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp.
