High-Strength PU Adhesive Foam for Bonding Insulation and Panels Soudal Soudabond Easy Gun Grade is a fast-curing, high-strength polyurethane adhesive foam designed for bonding a wide range of construction materials. Applied with a foam gun for precision and control, it replaces traditional mortars, adhesives, and mechanical fixings in many insulation and panel installation tasks. Its quick setting and excellent gap-filling properties make it ideal for professional use in both interior and exterior environments. Key Features & Benefits Gun Grade Control: Use with a foam gun for precise application, minimal waste, and clean results. Strong Adhesion: Bonds to concrete, wood, metal, plasterboard, insulation panels (EPS, XPS, PU), and more. Quick Curing: Fast setting time reduces installation delays — initial tack in 5 minutes, full bond in 30 minutes. Gap Filling: Expands slightly to fill small surface irregularities, ensuring strong contact and load distribution. Weather & Moisture Resistant: Suitable for indoor and protected outdoor applications. Product Details Type: Polyurethane adhesive foam Application: Gun-applied using standard PU foam applicator Colour: Light yellow Packaging: 750ml pressurised aerosol can Initial Tack: Approx. 5 minutes Full Bond Strength: Approx. 30 minutes (depending on conditions) Application Instructions Preparation: Shake can well and moisten substrates for better adhesion. Apply Adhesive: Screw can onto foam gun and apply beads or spots depending on panel size and weight. Position & Press: Press materials together within a few minutes and hold briefly to ensure good contact. Finishing: Remove any excess foam before it cures. Trim after full set if needed. Limitations Not suitable for continuous water immersion or UV exposure without protection. Always test on lightweight materials or delicate finishes before full application.
