Grapes are hand‑harvested in the cool early hours to preserve freshness, then sorted meticulously before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, with a portion of the wine aged in French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel to balance texture and purity. Extended ageing on fine lees enhances complexity, mouthfeel and mineral definition, resulting in a Chardonnay of exceptional refinement and tension.. Tasting Notes.
